What I am doing
I joined a website called MyFitnessPal and what this does is, it helps me track my calorie intake as well as my daily exercise to help me get to my goal weight. So everyday at the end of the day I will log what I had for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and any exercise I've done that day. Seeing my progress daily I feel will help keep me motivated. I also have a tracker on the right of this blog that reminds me of my progress.
The bonus part of joining MyFitnessPal is that its completely free! Who doesn't love free!! Also, there are a lot of other people doing the same thing I am so its also a great way to meet new people and make friends. Oh, and forgot to mention all the great profiles and support from everyone helps inspire me. :)

On the website it says that you can lose 3x more weight when you diet with a friend, and I strongly agree with that. My good friend Kasey aka StillGlamorus joined a couple months ago and has had great progress from it. She is helping me get back into my skinny jeans and I want to help you! :) So I'm asking you to join with us and we can all work together to be healthy and support one another.
