Silver Eyes with a Pop of Color

Revlon is one of my favorite drug store brands. On the Go Simple Makeup

This morning I woke up not wanting to spend all the time in the world looking though my makeup bag and trying to figure out what to do. I love the simplicity and sophisticated look of the french tip, but I also wanted something other then a plain white tip.  So i thought id change it up a bit and use a little color and glitter.
